►Pulse Damper Function
Pulse damper, also known as buffer, pulse buffer, air chamber, accumulators. It can remove water hammer pulse for protecting pipelines. It uses the compressibility of gas chamber, storage, and release the liquid, to reduce pipeline pressure and flow fluctuations purposes. Widely used in water treatment, environmental protection, power, chemicals, reverse osmosis, paper and other industries.
►Pulse Damper Introduction In the reciprocating pump discharge stroke, the gas pulse damper is compressed, the fluid pulse buffer increased, and this part of the reciprocating pump discharge fluid into the pulse damper, reducing the flow peak, in the reciprocating pump suction Stroke, air expansion inside the pulse resistance, pulse damper fluid flow, add pipe flow, pipe flow valley added value, thus reducing the pipeline's flow pulsation.
